We proactively manage the claims process; our service is flexible and can be tailored to meet a client’s individual needs.  Our claims management system ensures that all claims are tracked, monitored and followed up as they progress, particularly as the responsibility for action moves between the various parties involved in the insurance contract.

Risk management tools can be provided such as detailed statistical analysis of claims data and loss prevention guidance.  On-site presentations to key staff on claims awareness and handling issues can also be given and help to ‘de-mystify’ the claims handling process for clients.
